These fun loving two actors from Chicago wanted a Midwest wedding with a twist. We designed some very unique details that many of their guests commented on throughout the evening. Place cards designed like gift tags pinned on a calico chintz board with gold pins. Gold Chivari chairs and blue glass jars with red tulips decorated the tables. Large glass vases on the deck overlooking Victoria National golf course filled with birdseed to stabilize candles gave a wonderful glow at night. Their wedding program was a Playbill complete with bios and pictures of all the wedding party. The “Message from the Director” was a letter from Angela and Ben to their families and guests.

I called this my Chocolate dipped Strawberry wedding. The bridesmaids dresses were chocolate brown and they carried red garden roses with lemon leaf and sprengerii. The flowers on the guests tables were three dozen red roses designed to match the girls’ bouquets. Specialty linens, chair covers, custom designed menus and gold charger plates completed the look!.

The historic town of New Harmony was the backdrop for this October wedding. Guests enjoyed fabulous weather and scenery walking from the quaint country church to the ballroom reception.

This bride and groom were getting married in the Bride’s home town. She wanted elegant designs paired with beautiful flowers to complement the aubergine dress of her honor attendant.

This fall wedding was a delight to design with warm colors of gold and burgundy, highlighted by orange, green and yellow. Even the guests got into the fall theme by tossing dried leaves from monogrammed paper cones as the bride and groom left the church. I designed a mock bridal bouquet with her colors for Kara to view. This gave her the opportunity to see and approve the color choices months before the wedding.
